Just a thought to see if there is any interest...
We collectively chip in for one or two used bike that are sized for kids 10-15. The idea would be that the "bike co-op" owners would share the bikes and save on rental fees for park days. We'd have an agreement where everyone chips in for basic maintenance. Any damage would be paid for by the parent whose kid was using the bike at that time. Lots of details to sort out but you get the basic idea.
