If you don't have the desire to raceTSEPIC then you definitely should take a few days and camp, grab the course info from ridewithgps and do some of the courses. TSE courses can be ridden by camping in Rothrock or one of the private campgrounds and it's a short drive to park someplace to get you on one of the courses or to great riding without having to do the road stuff from the scout camp. Rothrock courses which used Bald Knob, Green Chute, Tussey Man, John Wert etc are best ridden from Galbreath Gap Parking lot, which is right near Tussey Man Ski Area. The Coopers gap stuff is best ridden from the bottom of Coopers Gap Road. It's really pretty easy to navigate out there but keep in mind every long descent you take from your car is a long climb back. I know that area well and in looking at the courses he used for this years TSEPIC it may have been the best mix ever. Of course he was blessed with great weather too.
