These are an older set, they look to be equivalent to the 700x37 size. I had them mounted to my All City Mr Pink and was able to squeeze 700x32s under them.
Used sparing but as fenders they show it, however they are still in relative good shape. Most of the wear is from rubbing the brake calipers.
