Pump Track in Vernon

Yeah, this is happening ! I think the current weather is going to impact the actual moving of dirt, but I've been to the site, and they are ready to start making it into something. Super stoked to see this project finally under way.

That's awesome news. Bummer about Dirtsculpt not getting the bid but I can see why Spohn did as they look to present a lot better.

Not that it matters but is it getting built under a skatepark or as a bicycle pump track? There aren't any pictures of bicycles and it says Professional skatepark design on that first picture. Great that they are doing a smaller one and a bigger one.

Please keep us updated with the progress (wish it was closer to my area!!)

Great news, I just started taking pump track more seriously after buying a DJ to mess around on. I've been going out to the one in Highbridge but it seems a bit small. Vernon is about the same distance, 45 mins. If I ride Creek next week I'll see if I can go by the build site and take some pics. 😬👍

I stopped by, what I think will be the site yesterday after some park riding. Turn off 94 right onto Black Creek Drive, past a few commercial buildings then it opens up. Just a big pile of asphalt pushed around right now.

Maybe it’s just me, but I certainly wouldn’t park in front or behind a piece of equipment like that! With or without an operator around!

your support for the pump track is still needed! there's a town council meeting on Monday 11/22 7:00pm.
or email townclerk@vernontwp.com before the 22nd and tell them how beneficial the track would be
