ride route recomendations deptford nj area

So we are going to a wedding in deptford this weekend and being in the wedding party i am going to have ~ 6 hours to kill between the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner, looking for some recommendations as to whats worth riding, going to be with a friend that doesnt want to take chances riding off-road so road bikes preferred just so i dont have to ride alone, probably ~30-40 miles would cover it.

Wedding is at Scotland run golf club, party is booked at the residence inn in deptford.

The Caffeinated Cyclist in Pitman is doing a 25mi ride Sat. Oct 11. Not far from Deptford or Scotland Run. If the time doesn't work, check in with them for road routes.
