SOLD!

I was selling a mountain bike and I received cash plus this bike in return. The frame has a crack, so I'm selling the bike for parts.

The size seems like a large, I'm 5'9 and it felt rideable, but big (cannot find the size anywhere on the frame)

I weighed it at 21.2 lbs with that long pump attached and little circle pedals installed.

I'm asking $200 OBO for the bike/parts.

Thanks for looking.

put a hose clamp around it, GTG! 😉

Agree - failure mode here is an uncontrollable bike.
$300 as a parts bike seems a bit high, but never know.
Maybe try to pick up a frame that fits you, and build an all-purpose bike from the parts?

kinda crazy that seat and stem positioning. I can see why the stress made that break.

Thanks for the replies guys, when I said $300 I assumed it was a rideable bike. As it sit's now "for parts" bike I'm thinking $200 OBO? I'm not going to get a new frame, but if a roadie on here can get some use out of the parts then that works too.

$200 and FB and it will be gone.

Probably won't get anyone here. You know, mtb snobs 😉

this is probably right, i would go to fb marketplace and sell it there (or craigslist, its the same crapshoot either way, at least with FB you can see who your selling to before you agree to meet)

If you post outside our universe, list it as parts bike only- frame unsafe.
For sure some Jabroni will buy it and roof drop it.
