Streaming services

HELP!!!! I'm now on a limited income and need to drop FIOS down to internet only. So I will need to find some sort of streaming service for the Mrs to see the 2 shows she likes one is available on Netflix but the other is Jeopardy. I'm thinking Hulu, but when I search Jeopardy it wants me to upgrade to the $69 plan...not that helpful. Does anyone have info, or experiences they can share? Are there better choices out there that I have missed? Thanks in advance

You should be able to watch Jeopardy on Pluto (free). And Peacock (nbc) has a free tier (not sure what’s available on the free tier doe).

Wait, can’t you get network tv over the air with a digital antenna? I thought that’s what all of the hullabaloo was about when they made the analogue signal redundant some years ago.

Edit: Magic beat me to it…

Digital antenna.

You can get a sense of whether you’ll get the channel(s) you need by doing a search.

I’ve got a Mohu antenna just outside of NYC, so we get almost everything

You can do a search by Zip code here to see what to expect

this is the only answer. I figured, at $100 for 2 years for NordVPN (at the time I signed up), thats close to 2 months of YTTV. The quality isn't extreme HD, but its certainly enough. I just re-upped my VPN sadly, so that sucks, but for the amount of TV we actually watch, it's a steal.

Streameast quality is amazing for what it is. Redzone is crisp. So easy to navigate to, put whatever you want. Doesn't need the VPN, which is amazing.

The annoying part is turning the VPN on and off, as Netflix and a couple other sites don't play nice with it. Still worth the savings.

NordVPN right now has a 2 year plan for $3.09 a month ($83.42 for 2 years). $3 can't get you a large drink at a fast food joint now. Just do it.
