Any of you guys ever make a trip out to the shuttle trails in Stroudsburg, PA? I just checked it out today and I will be posting pics later.
 
thats an awesome spot man, great shots. sure you would get laughed at on a 29er 😛

My how things have changed, a lot of dirt work in the bowl. When I used to ride the park it was more of a x/c park, but then devolpers hack up more then half ot it and haven't been back since. Easy shuttle and steep grades make for primo DH. Awesome clips makes me miss my DH sled.
 
Is this place best on a 8" race rig or an AM bike? Is it all down or some pedaling?
 
This is the only trail map I can find. I might hit this THIS weekend if time allows. It F###ing 8 minutes from my house and I never knew it.😡

I am going to go here around 11:00 or 11:30 if anyone wants to join. I would like some company. You know, just encase I eat dirt.:popcorn:

Can anyone tell me the best way up? I know there are not a lot of trails to get lost on but I kind of want to find the good stuff asap and have some fun. Or even a GPS link????
 
Crap and I just took the rest of the day off. I would have joined you. Easiest way is to shoot up to 80 and cross over into PA. I can't remember the exit though coming from NJ. It's like the 3rd exit in Stroudsburg coming the other way. Just looked it up, it's Park Ave. At the exit make a right, then a left onto Bryant, follow it all the way to the end. Make a left onto Huston, and a right onto Collins and a final right onto Storm which is the entrance to the park and you are there.

I know how to get there. I meant on the trails.😀 What is the best trail up and down. Sorry. HAHA

Plus it is easyer to go to the Broad St exit(The next one after the one you are talking about). Make a left at the top of the ramp then a left onto Collins.
 
Call me an ass again. I am going tomorrow now. But about the same time 11:00 to 11:30. I got stuck at work😡.. You want to go?
 
Just add some more warm stuff. I will try to check this again befor I go. Hope to find the "Bowl" and the "Maze" and spend some time there.
