Stayed local. Had my layers just about right(for once 😁). Mechanical disk brakes work consistently in any temperature . Freeze dried mushrooms for interest

One of my favorite trails! Needed some TM to remove two small 4" diameter trees blocking it, but all clear now.

Another favorite trail I hit today thinking I could get my best time, because it has a lot of mud and water holes.
I was doing fine gliding over the frozen water holes, until I hit the leafy covered mud stuff, the permafrost ate my bike. 🤪

First pic from 6 MR? Pretty sure I passed you coming up an incline while you were scouting a trail on foot. I was on the black xc bike, great day to ride!
