That’s a nice rack you have there

I like Old Man Mountain racks. Not at home but will post up later. They still have spare parts from my first one twenty years ago.
 
I use the Ortleib quick rack since I use my bike for regular gravel riding too. Takes roughly 30 seconds on and off. Only leaves 2 small mounting points on the chainstay which is awesome.

No issues in the year I used it for commuting with two 10 lb bags on each side. If you have big feet you may hit your bags in certain configurations though. Have to be mindful of how you mount the panniers.

Had to take my mom up to Vorhees for a PET scan, while she was having that 1.5 hour test done I travelled over to Marlton REI looking for Ortlieb quick rack lite a couple of weeks ago. Asked the guy if he had any Ortlieb racks in stock. No. But there are other racks over there blah blah. Before he walked away he said that in the used section for members there is a rack that’s been there for a few months so don’t forget to check it out. Wouldn’t you know it? It was the quick rack lite!!!!! Marked down to $66. Box was opened and taped. I brought it to the register and asked if there are parts missing, it says damaged blah blah will you take $50. Yes, he said. With that a female employee comes buy and says I tried to make that work but it was missing an adapter. So I said how about $30 and I’ll order any parts that are missing. Brought it home. No parts missing. Fit perfectly on my bike and now I bought the mudguard for it and extra mounting bolts (JIC)
All in: $160 product I got for about $62 and it’s great

I bought a few plastic 3-ring binders on sale at Staples (which has really plummeted to a trash retail outlet). So, I either used a binder cover, or an old mudguard, cut to match a cardboard template, and zip-tied in place. It works really well.
