The Cyclist's Training Bible

Has anyone read Joe Friel's Cyclist's Training Bible in depth enough to tell whether or not there is much difference between the third and fourth editions?

I have the third edition, which is from 2003.

I have it. I opened it once and it made my brain bleed. I now use it to prop my laptop up on.

Lance I have the third edition as well, so no help there. But I also have the Mountain Bikers Training Bible by Friel and you are more than welcome to borrow it if you like...
