Eh that was a subjective question and she gave a technically correct answer. Plus it's a game show for dopes. Ignoring the part about the capitals have to be on the same highway as Denver, to think that Boston at basically sea level is one of the two highest elevation capital cities in the US was mind-boggling.
 
I was going to quip that Boston could be the highest city, but Denver takes that too.
