Trail Work

We'd just be clearing the trails, fixing damaged bridges or what not, and maybe making some new things back there(probably out of natural resources). I dont think there would be anything illegal in that, right?
Clearing blowdowns is prob'ly not illegal. But the other stuff could possibly become a liability concern, for the park and maybe the workers. (and thats only speculation derived from faint memories of a business law class taken 25 years ago. 😱)

Just don't admit to doing it on an internet forum. Most of that area is not part of Ceres Park. Ceres stops as soon as you cross the bridge or 55. Ceres Park is actually pretty small.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Will contact the township and ask about the down trees.

Township will probably be no help...went down that road last year. The one downed tree across the main trail in the park may get taken care of.....the rest are not on TWP. property.

the township has nothing to do with it once u cross the creek(from what I've been told) its golf course and farmland property, probably the only reason its still there is for the horses to have fun on!

Exactly! Crossing the creek and passing the old barrier before 55 take you off Ceres Property.
