What bike company would you not work for?

I'm starting the hiring process with an American bike brand and was wondering if there are any brands out there you wouldn't consider working for because of X.

I won't share the bike brand at the chance of them sponsoring my mortgage.

We all have our biases. I’m not a fan of how specialized does business but I think they make nice bikes. I’m also not a fan of how trek does business but also not a big fan of their bikes.

It was a serious question. In my line of work, I've worked for the big corporate business and the small private business. They each have their positive and negative issues.

I won't pretend to know anything about the internal bike industry, but the idea of working for a bike company in general sounds pretty awesome.

I do not like Trek because of their "open a corporate bike shop right next to a local bike shop to steal their business" model.

Philosophical debates about business practices aside, I think Trek is actually supposed to be a pretty good company to work for.
