I never seem to have enough airflow in my shoes to allow these to work. I wound up grabbing PI Amfib shoe covers. Only used 2x so far, but they make a difference. After my feet froze at a winter parade, I bought these. I wore them on a ride this AM and omg. I want to wear them all the time now.

I probably already mentioned this, but if you stick a regular hand warmer on the out side of your shoe and then put the cover over, that works really well too. Only for the coldest days.I never seem to have enough airflow in my shoes to allow these to work. I wound up grabbing PI Amfib shoe covers. Only used 2x so far, but they make a difference.
I also wound up w/ electric socks but still not sure they are worth the hassle. They take a really long time to heat up, and this morning they were too hot so I had to turn them down but that’s also a PITA because the battery is buried. Also the socks do not stay up due to the battery weight.
Agree. I buy the toe warmers and stick them on the outside of my shoes under the shoe covers but a hand warmer can do the same thing.I probably already mentioned this, but if you stick a regular hand warmer on the out side of your shoe and then put the cover over, that works really well too.
