Looking for a 70mm stem, low rise, 31.8 clamp. I don't need anything fancy.

I have one of these that i bought as an experiment. Mounted to check bike fit but didn't give me what i needed so didn't use it. It does have a fair amount of rise though. When you do the math, 70mm/35* nets an effective 57mm length and 40mm rise.
