Not sure on needing a CO, because technically we could have lived in there the whole time. My wife is in this weekend whether they like it or not

For Mother's Day you should set up an elaborate gag gift, a 10 day RV road trip. Just the wife and kids, while you stay home and finish up the odds and ends of the renovation.
