Go full AXS including the dropper. Anything less is half assed. While you're at it Onyx wheels with Lightbike rims...I was thinking drivetrain entirely, thoughts?

Should be at newsstands shortly, I've had the magazine for a week.
Okay so here’s the story I wanted to get into mountain biking and a friend of mines had a ducks sporting goods gt aggressor pro. His kid wasn’t using it so he gave it to me for fifty bucks and I just wanted to flip the bike. I posted the bike on marketplace and received a response from someone saying that the small frame would fit them and that they received the Ozark trail as a gift but the frame was too big. So I meet the guy and he was super short about 5ft or 5’1” and he fell in love with the Ike and we did a fair trade. Took it for an inspection and nothing was wrong minus a tune up that was needed. From there I searched YouTube to see if anyone reviewed the bike and came across Berm Peaks video and fell in love with the build of the bike and its potential. It’s rare to find a frame that has internal cable routing and potential. So long story short I technically paid $50.00 for the bike.Yeah, we're still waiting for the story on how the OP got the bike for $50
Not sure which shocks me more... the walmart bike or that ppl still read magazinesMarch 2024 Mountain Bike Action Magazine has a test on this bike.

Not too sure to be quite honestNice job on the build! Do you know if the rear is 135mm or boost 141 spacing?
Boost is 148mm. Did you mean 12x142 thru axle?Nice job on the build! Do you know if the rear is 135mm or boost 141 spacing?

there is a 'boost' qr variant out there, i have a feeling that is what he is referring to, but idr the spacing to be 100% certain
Yes, there is a quick release 141mm boost spacing standard as well. I have it on two bikes.there is a 'boost' qr variant out there, i have a feeling that is what he is referring to, but idr the spacing to be 100% certain
