Names ? And are they littermates? Cats always seem to do better in pairs.

The bigger gray male is Asher and the smaller brown tabby female is Lyra. If you ask my 4 year-old, she insists they're Cupcake and Sprinkles. Yes, littermates - it seems rescues don't let you take one cat at a time any more. The blur in this photo just about explains their differing personalities.

It’s been 2 quiet months since we lost our fur babies. We talked about getting cats again. We both agreed no black cats (ours were legends) and adults.

We reached out last weekend via pet finder for a few pairs but heard nothing. Last night Lance found this bonded pair in Bridgewater.

We met and adopted them today.

Meet Phoenix and Jake. They are 7 and 8 years old.
