Pork Roll or Taylor Ham

Pretty much only pans that I use now. Our non-stick teflon isn't as non-stick anymore.

we were warned about that issue with the teflon coated pans when we put our wedding registry together, my wife immediatly used that as an excuse to get the more expensive ss try ply pans instead, fine by me we will never need to replace them.


i also have two different size cast iron fry pans that i much prefer and she has learned to love.

Calphalon changed my life. Highly recommended...use it for my eggs every single day and barely need to clean after.

bought about 20 years ago? (i think they told us 4-5 years was the avg lifespan for the non-stick)

Eggs require salt. It feels wrong not to add it. Creating a salt void. A chasm of tasteless wasteland. My blood pressure is dropping just thinking about it.
