Double track was icy but single track was mostly frozen dirt that could be ridden with any MTB. I may try to join so if you post a meet location I will see it. I won’t be on fatty since my frame cracked yesterday.

My car inspection expired October 2020, and I haven't done anything about it yet. You should ride your bike and do the car inspection on a rainy day instead.

I never got my truck inspected when I bought it, no idea why it didn't have a sticker anyway, but pull the sticker off and ride around without it, I have gone through multiple checkpoints with no inspection sticker, and apparently, if it isn't there it doesn't trigger that "hey it's expired".

Ahh, the bad ole days when the $15/ no points failure to inspect ticket was 100x easier and cheaper than even one of the repairs my hooptys needed to pass inspection… Just rip that red stop sign sticker right off the glass.

Now we have no inspect, no ticket, no worries.

It pre-dates the pandemic actually. A few years ago I was obsessing about inspecting my '91 eclipse after having it parked in the garage for a few years, I even offered the nearest garage to pay for him to come to my house with his temporary plates to pick it up and overcharge me to inspect it, which he refused. I ended up calling Clifton PD and asking them what was supposed to be the legal way to do it (at one time they would issue a temporary permit to drive to the MVC inspection facility) but they just told me to drive there as they were not really 'big' on checking inspections... @Paul H I think you will be fine waiting another week or two!
