Finally back on the bike with all the chaos at home and work I carved out a time slot for myself. It was cold and cloudy but I was curious to see how my legs fared after I decided to smash 30 minutes on the rower yesterday.
Did some climbs felt pretty good. Saw this Halloween bonus not to far from my house while driving the other day so climbed the hill the long way back to get it. While I was taking pics of the Alpacas the Emu came strutting all the way from the back of the properly to greet me. Man those things are tall and creepy looking. His friend on the bench was dying to meet me. 🤪

Today's commute. My students pointed out today that I still had a pumpkin hanging in my room, so I had to include it. I was only on the trail for a mile, so that wouldn't count.
