Sooo, that was both fun and a touch painful. Looks like my meager FTP got a pittance higher.

the fact that my avg for the hour was higher than that kinda demonstrates how hard (for me) I was working. Thx again for doing these.

I was thinking the same thing, though the sprints kinda inflate the numbers a Guess…. But, I’m not doing another ramp test to contest it.
