This is accurate but the taste does vary a bit depending on genetics and growing conditions. I get like a banana cantaloupe and sometimes pinappley flavor profile.
Really, they just taste like Pawpaw. 😁
You get a week at most if you keep them in the refrigerator maybe more if you know how to pick them early but not too early because as Pat says, too early and they will never ripen.
Pawpaws require much patience. 😉

These Unagi cukes on the covered deck are still going.




Still getting a few tomatoes and lots of cherries. Some bell peppers and one nice summer squash.

Went to this with @michael.su - we got to taste a few varieties, and order trees for next year pick-up.


Speaking of paw-paws, the 4 on our plant disappeared over the weekend.
not sure if they hit the ground and the raccoon got them, or ground hog.
They are caged, so more like a raccoon reached in.

I've had to eat ten to twenty figs a day for a few weeks now 🤣. Though there's a bunch of huge hornets helping me out lately.

Going strong headed into October. Cherry and Rutgers bridges to the other garden. Tons of green tomatoes and they havent gotten weird yet. Had a random cuke last week.
