Knowing that makes me even happier than I was any time I saw your riding posts. Caregiver burnout is devastating, especially when caring for that population (Alzheimer's, dementia etc). Prioritizing yourself is something I tell every person caring for someone (speaking professionally and personally). And, my wife of 60 years died a year ago this month and I was her only caregiver for the last four years of her life
She had Dementia and I had to stay close to home
