This is what I came to say after reading all the comments and seeing the picture.
However, as a long time roadie I would move over as far as possible to the white line or even inside the shoulder on a blind curve like that, because a driver coming around the curve is going to automatically take the "inside apex" to said curve and if you are in the middle of the lane on a blind curve you are in trouble.
In general I ride as close to the white line as possible but not inthe shoulder to avoid flat tires and road debris. If the lanes are narrow or I am going downhill, I take the lane for as least amount of time as possible with a hand signal to the driver behind me to "wait up" until I can move over a little safely and let them pass. 7 times out of 10 I get a wave and a friendly beep of some kind.
p.s. I assume this is Clinton road since I see you ride that a lot. That road has a lot of tricky spots so riders need to be on high alert.
