What have you done to your bike today?

Bike has been in pieces for a few weeks while I got tied up with other projects. Installed AXS dropper and new saddle - not quite a perfect color match but pretty close. Was able to use an old AXS controller so I didn't have to buy a pod.

ISCG adapter and bash guard. New tires, which necessitated new rim tape. I knew the risks last time, I used the duct tape anyway. I regret everything. Real tape this time around.

Also installed Outrider TPMS on the heavy bike (already had it on the Everything Bike). Now if I can just get the damn thing to pair...

You're not married are you? Photo #3 would get me murdered while I sleep.

My wife thinks the basement has an odor so she doesn't go down there (I don't smell anything). It was like that for over a month and she didn't notice.

I enjoyed the cat's photo bomb.
She's always in the middle of everything. There's a nonzero possibility I have food, and she'll definitely starve to death if she doesn't take it from me. (There's no food).

Have you decided on inflating system yet? LOL
I like to have options haha. The tank is just a tank so I use the Ryobi compressor to pressurize it for seating beads. The pump...probably hasn't been used in several years... A OneUp hand pump is in the pile of tools in the corner of the couch. Not pictured: electric mini pump that lives in the top tube bag.

So: no. No, I haven't decided.

You should see my living room. It basically looks like a bike shop exploded... but yeah - I live alone.
If I lived alone there wouldn't be towels down (or probably a rug for that matter. Definitely not a throw blanket.)

Working on getting my last bike spring ready. the wheel was way out of true so fixed that then found the derailleur was loose too but still any time I put down any power the wheel would shift to the side... its an old qr skewer and the damn axel itself snpped in half some how. Still don't know how that would even happen but ordered a new one.

Fork service as it's been forever and I didn't want to send to @Ryan.P with a bottle of fireball

Also bought a $2 used water bottle holder from the local used sports store. I only took this picture to make @Jeremy eye twitch. Looking forward to the longer hot rides having two water bottle cages. I think it's the first time I've ever had two on a mountain bike.

My eye isn’t twitching. What am I missing?

Yeah, my first thought it would bother Jeremy. I guess not.

Maybe he's distracted by the absolute mess behind the bike.
If it's of any consolation it did bother me a little but I was more amazed but how the black tire in the background almost appears to be the continuation of the plastic cage. Also. LOL at the 'absolute mess behind the bike'...I wish my living room was that tidy!
