Hi everyone,

just went to halters after breaking my department store bike last Saturday in clayton park.

Brian @ halters helped me out with one of these guys:

very nice bike, and i'm amazed at the technology bikes have nowadays.

hope to see you on the trails,
martin

i'm not sure if it was Brian or Bryan, but he's a tall guy, 6'3" at least

i got a helmet also and put some road miles on the bike yesterday - took a trip to my friend's house in fort lee and we rode across the GW bridge. smoggy but fun =]

south amboy to halters is a trip! i'm just up rt1 so i'm gonna consider myself lucky =]
i'll be going to Poland in august. i was born here, first generation, you?

thanks Doc! it really is a nice piece of work this thing. freakin hydraulic brakes with two little resevoirs for fluid! rebound and compression dampening on the front shock?! the technology is awesome!

It is crazy the new technology they have on bikes when you haven't purchased one in a while, did you get the model with the heated seat?

Sorry man I couldn't resist, but now that I think of it that is a great idea actually.

did you get the model with the heated seat?

haha yah that'd be nice in the winter i imagine. seems totally doable as they sell battery powered heated socks. the seat prolly uses less material than a sock does

or in the summer time, tie the heater into a speed sensor and if you slow down too much the bike lights your ass up! 😀
