OOS MOGA

Very true. I had the same problem at your age. I was slightly heavier than I am now and could not a flight of stairs, especially going down, without pain in my knees. That's when I started changing my eating habit, started going to the gym and bought and used the stationary bike that I am back on now. I went from 240 lbs to about 180 lbs rather quickly, at some point I was loosing 1 lb every day. My knees are fine now, even though most of the weight is back. Working on it.
add a core workout 3-4 times a week, do 5 sets of planks while watching the news or something

My friend Jeremy was saying that he wanted to work on bike handling skills, maybe we could all meet at a parking lot and do that one day? Just a thought.
I'm actually going to start some private lessons soon, just need to find the right time to practice afterwards. But I'm down with some skills work before each ride. I can't teach them, but maybe if we throw out a list of skills to work on, someone will volunteer to educate us.

you should visit your gynecologist just to be sure...

i just hop to the bottom and ask now... i used to try to go thru everything and then learned that banging my head on my desk would be more productive
At least banging your head would yield a result LOL Paul has been updating the first page currently the only ride is the MTBNJ ride.
