Yeah but I got faster riding alone (see July) and I can see where I stand next time I ride with you guys. My diet is right you guys have me running and I'm getting lights let's see where we are in 2 weeks since that's the only chance I'll get to ride with you guys.

I need to be better so I can continue to piss Vic off in the intermediate group
 
You can borrow my Talon while this happens
Altho, the rear tire needs to be inflated again and I think it may need new cable for the RD.
Pick it up whenever you like.

We'll see what happens when I pull it apart, I just hope I won't need a new fork since it will delay the jeffsy purchase. I hope to they add room for a 27+ on the 29er

Anyways, I've said this to someone else before but pick a target in the group and try to keep up with them.
Walter was my target (aimed a bit high but whatever... ) for the longest then I started goofing off lol

I will do rides with you again and keep pushing you, I really need to ride more, I have noticed progress lately and really want to kick it up.

plus you should never ride solo with all the breakdowns you have LOL.

Nah I had my tourne and Dickies loops dowp 15 minutes faster overall

But your like me young kid and wife in the way getting together is tough especially with your hours
 
What's wrong with it if I'm borrowing I may as well fix it... Again lol.
The rear tubeless needs to get inflated. There is a air leak at the bead and I think its because the bead got dirty and wont seal properly.
Shifting is less than ideal and thinking it needs a new cable because I hear squeaking . Its been a while since I have changed it.

Here is my analysis of your ride at CR and this is just my opinion so take it for whatever its worth.
You over paced in the beginning. You blew by me on that fire road climb during the pre-ride and I thought... wow I guess running is helping. But in the middle, you started wearing down and started to struggle on the climbs. Soon after, you blew your hanger. Thinking you got fatigued and got sloppy.

This is huge IMO. Clif Bloks has been working for me since its easy.... and tasty.

I don't eat till noon so I can control how much I eat, 12 to 8 is my only time to eat. Im also afraid I'll need to take a dump outside

Your body is just used to riding with no fuel so you don't necessarily feel tired but your legs are weaker.
I'd be interested in some power readings.... but I am willing to bet, your power dwindles down more rapidly when compared to those who eat before the ride.

If making me laugh due to your comedic comments on a ride is pissing me off, I would be afraid to see what happens to me when things get serious
