i've re-sorted by 3 day average daily growth - numbers are looking better. Still many states in the
'double the total cases'-every-5 days range. (reminder 10% is 7 days) - but the trend is downward. NJ is having a hard time.

good news - everything is trending to lower growth rates. And look at where it started in WA!

The only way this works if it's in place nationally. People are going to enter and exit covid areas not containing it locally.

were you at least 6 ft from anyone else? some geezers are snapping down here - we were in line at a CVS and this old guy tried to make a second line. The lady in front of us noticed and said the line is back here. At first he said nothing, she repeated (nicely I would add) and then he blew up "OK LEAVE ME ALONE!" and then he got in line behind us. fun times!

I gotta say... I was a bit nervous being in there. Social distancing? Yeah right.... the lady behind me on the check out line had her cart right up to my ass while there were lines drawn on the floor to let you know the distance to maintain. Then she came up next to me, asking me to save her spot while she go grabs raisin bread.

I'd hate to be down there if/when it gets bad. The old people here just don't care. They are the worst offenders against social distancing. Men in particular which could explain why 3x as many men are catching it.
