Got out today between rain showers. Cleared the overhang mess on Orange Trail. There is another "hang over" on Orange that I was able to partially clear so that it is not over the trail bed. It will need to be addressed at a later date! TAS

Good to see that the approach ramps are still holding up! Every time I see that section of the double bridge it reminds me of when we had to recover and reposition it after a flood in 2018. How come I always get volunteered for the "wet" work?:shrug: It's all good... Happy Thanks Giving! TAS

I'll try and get that cleared on Turkey day. I have been busy with family matters that are requiring my full attention. That's all done and I can respond as usual. TAS

Al, More than likely the park tree crew will clear that one as it's near the camping area. I'll check tomorrow. I will need to ride off the turkey meal! TAS

Cleared this out during the scheduled TM on Saturday 8/16. And hand trimmed on the way in and out. Grail needs a trim but it is perfectly rideable. TAS

Trees on Blue and Orange have been remediated! Went old school and used the Katana....What a nice afternoon for a walk in the forest. The one on orange took awhile as it was covered in thorns! Logs in images have been removed from the trail bed. TAS

Al, I'll get out there tomorrow and clear them. Will post pics. Every time I ride SOB I have been looking at that tree and wondering when it was gonna break! TAS

Al reported a tree partially blocking upper blue where we just did TM! The open space the pic is the margin not the trail bed. I got out there today and cleared it. Cleaned up a few other things in and out. Oh did I mention it's HOT? Congo hot and bugs! No after pic, but it is gone. TAS

Mick and I were able to get out there at noon today. Bugs were not bad at all. The two big ones are cleared. Took 2 hrs and in and out. We cleaned up a bunch of other small stuff and widened margins. That included a few standing dead trees that were rotten. No Elves were harmed! TAS

Al, we haven't done that section in quite some time. It also needs to be remarked. That hollow tree looks pretty gnar. Look out for displaced Elves! TAS

Cleared this today on Red Trail adjacent to West Picnic - Farmhouse area. TAS

Bridge near Conover road is still out but this section is ready to ride once again! You just have to dismount and walk on the stepping stones. What a lovely morning and a great crew! TAS
