Any trail reports from this recent storm? Hoping to get out Saturday if conditions allow.

Watchung is skiing nice. Should even get better with a little additional snow that is falling now. The snow out side the tracks is hard so don't fall.

Watchung was skiing real nice. Pretty deep but firm so breaking trail wasn't too bad. I parked by the playground and did a straight shot out and back to the log crossing the river. Then did a couple loops above the lake. Should ski real well tomorrow

I had those skis and loved them. Thats a great kit with the above entry level boots IMO

With last weeks dusting and the approaching storm, hopefully any chance we will start to have a skiable base. I'm guessing at most we will be able to get some tracks down on golf courses and other non rocky areas after this weekend.

What type of wax do you guys use? And Would you recommend for even waxless skis?

By the way, anyone know what they are doing with all the construction around lake surprise? Just rebuilding the dam or something more?
