Yes, they are legit and have been around a while. I have bought many things from them. I would never buy a mail-order bike though. LBS for that for me, but to each their own.

I bought a bike for my wife from them that I got at a huge discount because of the size and how old it was.

Well built, well packaged when it arrived. It did take a few days before it shipped though, long enough we had to ask customer service. Apparently they have a bike mechanic go through each bike before shipping and they were backed up.
