So then it's practically useless for my needs in the field.
Those screenshots are from the mobile website, from my phone. Isn't that what you're asking for?

Would be better from the app itself. Accessing from the website, subject to Internet dead spots. But perhaps it can be made to work this way? I tried to plop a report right at my house, surprised I couldn't access my own report. I'll mess around with it more when I have a chance. Those screenshots are from the mobile website, from my phone. Both of your inputs are not appearing as they should. (Greenway and the 4 on unblazed). Cassinonorth inputs are appearing.I added a report to the Morris Canal Greenway Trail (1/4 mi from Kinney). App wouldn't let me add without picking a trail (added afterwards). I cleared a few things manually (Trestle and NICA) and moved a big one off of Steve's Technical. Otherwise trails were pretty good at Stephens and D

It wouldn't let me report via app since i couldn't find the trail name in the nearby trails it was suggesting, so I did it from home on the desktop (where I selected "minor issue/yellow".Gotta make sure the status is updated to not clear. I mistakenly did that on my first report the other day or it just doesn't show up.

Bummer to hear, but needs addressing. I'd like to send a list of shortcomings to tf admins. Let's chat offline.I went into Stephens today to clear everything I was tracking. Stephens now back to the factory settings. This includes clearings on: 'Tilcon lake to trestle railbed" from the trestle area, "Long way Round" from the Vistar Access, "Green (out near the gravity cavity) from Firetower Road access, "Morris Canal greenway (from the Tilcon gate area), and finally "Tally Ho" from the Saxton Falls access..
TF reporting remains a huge disappointment. Teutonic has been made a TF park admin, has been coached, knows all the proper report settings to select, is highly motivated to make this work, and is no dummy.... He still can't post blowdown reports such that I can see them properly. He's now a few samples deep. I'm an admin, I pay for the Pro version out of pocket, I now know all the settings to select...to include 'selecting the trail name", "enabling GPS", "Assigning the issue a priority" "taking the photo" and "manual syncing" . I can't even see my own test report, made today. Looks and feels like I did everything right, but it's as if it didn't happen. At this moment, unless someone unlocks the magical reporting secret that robustly works for all users, TF gets a Thumbs down. This is the part that needs to be bombproof, but it's super flakey and buggy. I can't imagine regular Mt bikers having success with the creation of useful reports that are visible by the sawyer team.
I did however manage to properly track and clear four Cassinorth targets today, which presented as they should. Using the website version on my phone. I'm not in love with using website version for this because it's very finicky. Lots of reopening the map. Annoying that there's no live updating of my position on the trail, which forces frequent manual updating. A fair bit of latency in forest dead spots. But none of that really a showstopper, I can fumble my way to the reported target.
It needs a bit more attention but it’s a good addition and it keeps people off the road. The new trail is riding GOOD now! Thanks Jay!!!
It's transformed our practices already. Now it's easy to corral the athletes behind the gate before and after the rides and keep them off the road with the crazy parents picking up/dropping off.It needs a bit more attention but it’s a good addition and it keeps people off the road.
