I think Snow Bowl in Mahlon could be a location for something like this in theory. The only group that uses that area is the RC race car group. The other variable is that you really need someone who is able to commit the time to make it work.

I took my son's Tiger Scout den to Sussex Bike shop last winter. Pete showed them around the shop, discussed the different types of bikes, checked helmet fit and finished with letting them glue patches to tubes. The kids loved it.
