Does anyone make a real riser 35mm x 800 x 50-70mm rise? I’ve been looking around but don’t see any. My current riding position leaves me with hands that fall asleep….I should note that it’s due to neuropathy and I hope it’s a temporary thing, I just need to be comfortable now. Thanks for the input
