We stayed here too in a studio. It's great and surprisingly affordable. Booked it thru booking dot com There are 2 other Hilton Vacation Club locations in Sedona. I think the Summit location has the best prices. Trails right there. Also a shuttle stop at the intersection.

I have a set of OG wheels off a 2021 Salsa Blackthorn. Excellent shape. Renolds C Series 309 Black Label. Renolds hubs. 32 spoke. Don't know the width but can get that info on Sunday. No driver so you can get what you want. I think the wheels were about $1900 new. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Rush is great on a gravel bike with beefier tires. I had a great time on my SS Storm Chaser.

Also, Rush is more sandy and drains faster than Gurney. You can ride Rush right after rain. Gurney might take a day or so, but not bad. I think the only time they close is during the freeze thaw thing.

Definitely worth it. I ride often. Always have fun. It's not like Brant Lake with that miserable Stairway To Heaven opening climb. Don't worry about a loop. All the trails are similar and great. Even the ones that say experts only (they're not). Just ride them all. All the trails are short...
