Wouldn't be jiyf without a ride in the rain, hopefully no lightning. I was planning on stretching a 15- to 20-min ride to softball tonight to 30-mins on each side of the game. Recovery and all.

18/31: i have wonderful memories of riding bikes with the kids in a little parking area where we live. They would chase me around in circles and would be so happy when they finally caught me. I could do that for hours. I would give everything I have and take out a loan just to do it again.

However. It's not so much fun when I have to check the box in July. Took 2 rides.

"Look at the bear on a bike riding in circles! Nevermind, its just dad."

Thunderstorms lasted longer than expected. Needed to get it done in two rides… all MTB pavement.

Plus side was riding with my daughter after I picked her up from day camp.

Day 10/20 .. I didn’t think I was going to get this one in, but I was inspired by @Shaggz . I needed an album that was at least an hour to make me not want to ride into the pond; I considered Exile on Main Street, but opted for The Wall, as I’ve been in more of a Pink Floyd kind of mood lately. Maybe next time I’ll put mirrors on the bike and go with Quadrophenia. :30 clockwise, :30 counterclockwise.

Either way, I wish I had the chamois on for this one :-(
