It was a real challenge to not quit today. I had no time to ride. I got up at 5am and this is the first time I'm sitting down (other than driving) all day. But I managed the hour, broken up into two rides. Both were just recovery spins going in circles in my neighborhood.

Yesterday easy-ish kinda spin just drafting off my riding buddies. We did one flat section a little harder but my legs were crying.
This morning got up and out at 630 ish as planned the roads were a little damp but already drying out. Got a cool pic of a Heron
Waiting for breakfast.
Just checked the 1 hour box because I’m tired and I had to go to the office today. That worked in my favor Since when I left for work 25 minutes after I got back it was raining. Not that it would have stopped me because it was warm out but it’s more I don’t like to ride on wet roads with skinny tires anymore.
The next 2 days are gonna be tricky with work and family stuff. May have to just ride the gravel bike with gravel tires on the road if I have to go out in the rain but any thunder or lightning is a no go for me.

I planned on using my Mulligan today, but I landed in Bozeman and discovered that my friend's flying in from Boston, their flight got delayed. So I had two hours to kill. I drove to some random town park, assembled my bike, and cruised around for an hour. I'm now back at the airport waiting for them.

I almost did not make it today. Woke up early thinking I will get my hr in before going to all day meetings in NY. It was pouring so had to do late evening ride which made me realize that I need to adjust my light a bit. It seems it has a slight upward beam instead of straight out in front.
