rear facing MIGHT have, IF footage clearly caught him not watching the road (i.e. looking down at phone) and even then not sure if such evidence would be useable/allowable?

She was in a hurry. On my ass up the on-ramp, merged early and was going to pass me on the left. I zippered in behind a tractor trailer when the driver backed off. Noticed her left blinker was on to go into the middle lane, but another truck was there, slowing down to let the truck in front of me move into the middle lane. Traffic was slowing ahead of me and I was braking to slow down, not stopped when I felt the impact. I believe she was trying to jump in front of the tractor trailer looking to her left instead of looking at me.

Yes, got it in January and need to tow my camper for a trip in 2 weeks. It will probably take at least that long for all the insurance B.S. to clear. It's driveable, not throwing any codes with bumper sensors and power tailgate is fully functional. So, going to send it.
