Had a busy busy week back at work. With that, my son’s youth basketball games, and the poopy weather I had a disappointing riding week. I was going stir crazy but I did a fake indoor ride yesterday before heading up to CT to pick up a new puppy.

Another ride that almost didn’t happen I keep forgetting the Varia radar runs down the Edge battery a little more than before and i forgot to charge it last night. Got all dressed and ready to roll and had 14% remaining for a planned 3 hour ride. Grr. Spent 10 minutes debating if I just use my phone and go while I let it charge up a little to 20%. Rolled the dice and it lasted for 35 miles with 4% to spare just as I rolled into the driveway.

A big 🖕🏻🖕🏻To the asshat driver who decided blowing his horn on a quiet country road with no other cars around for a mile was an appropriate way to overtake and pass me. 🤬
