I would think pretty well if the blower has glossy paint. And it's not running through snow that has rock salt or brine mixed in.

No joke, I used something similar under the deck of a push mower once.
Fluid-Film for the win. Will last for a couple hours of snow-blowing before re-application is needed. PAM is good for 1/2 hour. Downside, it doesn't smell like cookies baking.Much cheaper.
