Cold Weather Gear?

Hi all,

I've been riding into the 40s wearing Under Armour Coldgear pants and top under shorts and a long sleeve T. Also wear Fox Dirtpaw gloves. Some days I'd throw on a headband to cover the ears. But now in the 30s and below what gear do you recommend?

the Trifecta

Cold Gear pants, under shorts, or maybe a second layer of pants (legs shouldn't really get that cold).

Cold gear shirt under thermal fleece with a win breaking layer on top

Part lobster gloves with maybe hand warmers stuffed in on the back of your hands.

Underarmour cold gear belaclava under helmet - maybe a thin hat.

Neoprene socks....

Awesome product, I have been using these for two years and paired with the Defeet Blaze wool sock, no problem down to 20 degrees. Warm feet = happy trails.

Keeping your feet warm and dry is key, so imo winter shoes with room for thicker socks should be a priority. Grow a beard and don't take prolonged rest periods because you will lose all of the heat you worked for. I use under armour products as well for my base layer.
