Crisis of confidence.

man, you guys are bumming me out.

i plan on keeping the red knobs in the corner for as long as possible. then i'll go fishing.

and let's face it, the average avid cyclist doesn't touch a weight. i've avoided a TON of injuries simply b/c i still throw around weights twice a week. unless you're trying to be a racer type guy, there's no reason in the world why keeping some strength shouldn't be part of your life.
 
I also broke my shoulder last November and was afraid I would lack confidence. I've been riding pretty aggressively. I don't think about it. Free your mind and don't over think things. do what comes natural.
