Hey I was wondering when you would be posting up some sunny pics, beautiful.That 4th one looks like it was quite the trailside lunch. I'm sure you had a great one looking forward to the details so I can live vicariously through you.

i would so be IN this picture. and if my friends were with me im sure they would be like "YOU wont put your hand in it" or "YOU wont lick the cow bones". ahhhh peer pressure and digital cameras, a match made in heaven. 😀

yeah, the cactus are everywhere, and line all the trails. It's like riding on skinnies with consequences. I got tired and nailed a few. Had a few dozen needles to tweeze out of the ankle and one spike through the shoe, broke off and needed to be pulled out with pliers. Thankfully, our host shared the ins and outs about cactus needle removal, and pain management. Poor Patti fell on a prickly pear and had hundreds to get pulled out. She was an amazingly good sport about it. All in all, the wonderful sunshine is worth having to deal with a few pricks.🙂
