Dewalt 12in Compound Miter Saw

I have a dewalt DW716 12inch compound miter saw for sale, completely functional but what you see is what you get, the blade wrench is missing, and the blade is staying with me. Saw works and cuts fine i just have two and dont need both.

Asking $150 OBO (new price is $350 on sale this weekend). If this seems unreasonable make me an offer as I am looking to free up space in the basement.

Located in Union Township but the potential exists to meet at local trailheads
