Droid went hay wire and added 50 percent more distance
to my lunch run. I edited the beginning and end of the file and accept the 9 minute pace. Better then my recent 9 minute 20 runs but worse then my co workers 8 min 15 pace. I doubt I can make up the difference ijn 2 weeks time for the corporate challenge 5k in central park:popcorn:

Today is Friday so I commuted to work on the sturdy giant yukon fx with fox fork. The squeek near the crank seems to be coming from right pedal. Maybe I take off the pedal and lube it up good or pick up new pedals one side flat top the other side shimano spd.

Here is the commute on trimble and connect. Ride rcorded on mytracks and exported gpx. I can't see max speed on trimlble but I am not happy with the accuracy of mytracks. Albeit I tuck the droid insideshirt pocket and under shorts I hear good things about trimble. I can see the calender and my neighbor said there is a lap feature which I like on my foreunner 405

i'd sign for these numbers on race day

today was the last brick before next week's triathlon race at franklin lakes aka wyckoff y tri. i'd sign for these numbers now, just looking for a better swim results then the last 2 years

bike went well, a roadie gal past me under 208 going up the hill on colonial, at least it was near the end, other weeks she passed me near the begining of the ride. i think her buddy dropped a water bottle at the begging of colonial. also, one solid rider, said he wasn't too happy w/his new synergy tri wheels. last week he had two now he was down to one, i am pretty sure he past me but on race day he is good for 22 mph

Haven't visited your chronicle in a long time. Seeing those new NB905s made the visit really worthwhile. Really sweet looking shoes. The soles look springy and alive

Unfortunately I didn't wear the 905's last night due to the forecast. Saturday I have the wyckoff y triathlon and I'm wearing the 905's. Good chance I'll go sans socks. As a couple of days ago I ran with them w/o socks. I have the pre tied laces on already to save time on the transition

My 2nd time doing the chasse corporate challenge in central park.

Official time via chip in bib number 28:31

full race (8:03 pace. The mass start is havoc as you nearly crawl to the start line and walk the 1st mile)

Heart rate data recorded on polar f4
Average hr 169
Max hr 190

just another shark in the water

So I had lackluster results at yesterdays wyckoff y tri in franklin lakes. I lost about 10 minutes compared to last years 1:52. Albeit they left the cul du sac off reservoir in ths year. Good for about 2 minutes 3 tops. It would nice to be under 2 hours which is what jimmy hard tail told me last year is what many shoot for as he beat me handily last year.

The swim in the lake is where it went arye. The water sand and sun blinded me for the entire event. I need to spend some time in open water before my next tri . Mayby shepherd lake darlington lake. Just get in the open water and get comfortable

Today I did a little recovering on the mtb at brookdale and a few laps in the pool

oh the water, oh the water

this morning I hit the weight room but skipped doing laps in the pool. Instead of the confines of an indoor pool I checked out darlington county park. I joined for 12 bux. Now its 4 bux per visit on the weekday and 5 on weekends.

Its worth the ttime to swim open water if you race open water. As I am thinking already about another tri in harriman. If not maybe even lewis morri as they swim in sunrise lake an m shaped pattern

We looked at the swim and we jumped right in

Yesterday ran the county park. It was hot and I finished just before a fierce storm
