Donate bike for NICA

I don't know who to contact to donate this to nica so I'm hoping someone will pass this on to them or let me know how to get it to them. Trek 4500, it's a small or x-small. It needs a rear wheel, r derailleur and a few other parts. Fork works and doesn't leak. Can't be bothered trying to sell it for a few bucks and it's too good to toss when it could be a good starter bike for someone. Thanks for any help.
