no, it's a 1966 motorcycle plate that's all that's left of my old motorcycle, now it's a mudflap

Absolutely. This is NJ where they will pay the cop $110/hr on overtime to appear for a $50 ticket. If you plead not guilty and demand a trial expect court costs, which used to be $33. Not sure anymore on that.

I agree. But you don't need insurance in NJ to operate a vehicle on private property. Or a driver's license. You think all the guys at Shammy Shine are licensed? They aren't and they don't need to be.

I mean can't you walk it home or "rack" it home? The law prohibits operation. If I walk, pedal (non assisted), or rack it and transport, isn't that as good as towing it?
